1. Make sure the Customer has generated a NEW Rewards Program Code for the service.

2. Type in the code from the Customer in the box to the right to make sure they are a valid and active Customer. This will open a new service request for that Customer.

3. Once the services are provided, type in the amount and confirm the entries are correct. You do not need to collect payment. Payment is collected via the App.
